Whether we meet in person or across the ethers, these sessions are sacred containers for remembrance, recalibration, and soul-level transformation. Guided by your energy and intention, we weave together intuitive channeling, Reiki, and shamanic light healing to help you release what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner radiance.

Each session begins with a gentle conversation to explore what’s currently rising and where you're seeking support. From there, I tune into my guides—star beings, angels, healed ancestors, and spirit allies of the highest love and compassion—who help illuminate the path ahead. Every session is co-created, unique, and intuitively led, whether we’re softening emotional imprints, clearing ancestral patterns, or activating new timelines.

The energy healing portion includes approximately 20 minutes of deep, restful receiving, followed by a thoughtful integration period where I share any insights, channeled messages, and supportive tools. You may also receive intuitive coaching, personalized practices, suggested spirit allies, or rituals to continue your healing journey.

While my energy healing sessions are hands-off-the-body—even in person—the space we share holds its own kind of magic. Meeting in person offers the gift of sacred pause: a moment away from the noise, held in a calming environment that’s free from the distractions and associations of everyday life. Within this sanctuary, energy flows freely, guided by intention, intuition, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom to receive what’s needed.

You may feel warmth, tingling, see colors, or receive your own intuitive messages during the healing. I may be called to incorporate sound healing, light language, or offer a channeled message from my guides—though these unfold organically and are never guaranteed. Whatever comes through is meant to meet you right where you are, offering insight, peace, and soul-level transformation.

​Energetic Field Clearings
Sometimes, the weight we carry isn’t just emotional—it’s energetic. In these focused sessions, we lovingly clear what’s ready to be released: lingering attachments, cords, psychic intrusions, ancestral blocks, or soul fragments waiting to return home. We’ll also tend to any needed energetic repair—restoring flow, sealing leaks, and helping you feel more like you again.

Smaller clearings can often be woven seamlessly into a general healing session. But if there’s a deeper tangle to unwind, it may require the full session to honor each layer with care. You’ll know what feels right.
