I’m grateful you’re here.
I’ve always been a seeker — curious about healing, human behavior, creativity, and the unseen threads that shape our lives. My path has moved fluidly between corporate leadership, creative expression, intuitive study, and deep personal transformation. Each chapter has given me a different lens for understanding people, purpose, and change.
I hold a Master’s in Marketing and an Associate’s in Baking & Pastry Arts, along with training in trauma-informed practice, mindfulness, coaching, and energy awareness. But most of what I bring to my work comes from lived experience — navigating major transitions, rebuilding after upheaval, and learning again and again that intuition and practicality are most powerful together.
Before creating Awakening the Sacred Quantum, I spent nearly two decades in corporate roles spanning customer experience, UX research, business analysis, and employee wellbeing. That foundation still informs how I think, how I support others, and how I build creative or strategic solutions.

It’s both a working studio and a sacred space — a place where inner work and creative work meet.
Outside of this, you’ll usually find me baking something delicious, hiking in the woods, or adventuring with my family.
